  • We will remind you of the date and time you selected by email several hours before your delivery.
  • We will also call you between 5 - 30 mins prior to arriving to let you know we are arriving.
  • If you are unable to receive your order momentarily you can always try to inform our driver about an alternative drop off point to a neighbour or location close by. We cannot guarantee that we will always be able to accommodate those exceptional requests, but we will always do our best.
  • In case of total impossibility to make your delivery on the day and time you have selected, unfortunately there will be no refund.
