Preparation Instructions


Climb the breasts in steaks and season with the squeezed lemon juice, sweet pepper, 1 clove of garlic, salt and pepper. Reserve.


Heat a frying pan with 1 c. of oil soup.


Put the leek (optional), the onion sliced in half moons, the spinach, the coarsely chopped mushrooms and the 3 chopped garlic cloves in the frying pan, cook until the onion and the spinach soften. Reserve.


Toast the cashews (or pine nuts or almonds) in another pan and finally wrap them well with the vegetables (this step is optional).


Put this mixture on top of the scaled breasts, which are together and aligned between them, and roll and seal them in the pan with a little oil.


Pass them through flaxseed (or manioc) flour and place in a pyrex. Water with 3 c. of olive oil and bake, at 180 º degrees, until golden.


It is ready to serve.

Suggestion: serve this recipe with my recipe for cauliflower “rice” or a mixed salad
