Preparation Instructions

Note that this recipe requires at least 2 hours in the cold before serving.

To Base:

Mix the “milk” well with the seeds (if you want a more uniform texture you can crush everything, personally I prefer to feel the seeds) and the xylitol (optional).

Place in bowls - 2/3 of the bowl - and take it to the cold for at least 2 hours. As a suggestion, you can leave it overnight and eat the next day.

To the roof:

Grind about 5 strawberries (or kiwis, raspberries or blueberries) with the squeezed lemon juice (or lime) and place on top of the pudding.

Optionally, if you prefer an exotic touch, like topping add a delicious passion fruit. It is ready to serve.

Note: this recipe can also be served with kiwi or red fruits.
