Preparation Instructions


Wash the broccoli florets and let them dry well.


Chop the coriander and florets manually or use a chopper or similar accessory and set aside.


Chop the onion and garlic. Reserve.


In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.


When they are almost ready, add the broccoli, coriander and the squeezed lemon juice and cook for about 40 seconds (enough to stay warm). Add salt to taste.


As a topping you can add chopped coriander to taste and it is ready to serve.
