Preparation Instructions


Chop the tomatoes (without skin and seeds), red pepper, onion and garlic. Reserve.


In a frying pan place the oil, tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic. Cook for 3 min on a low heat with the pan covered.


Grind everything very well and add the mushrooms and the remaining ingredients: the squeezed lemon juice, the previously chopped parsley, pepper and salt to taste (and the cayenne pepper as an option).


Cook for 4 min.


As a topping you can put chopped parsley to taste and it is ready to serve.

Note: this recipe can also be served as a main dish and in this case you can make 2 individual doses
