Preparation Instructions


Cut the onion into thick half moons, the courgette and the leek into thick slices. Chop the garlic. And reserve.


Put the oil in a frying pan and add all the vegetables.


Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can optionally add sweet pepper, saffron and thyme.


Stir for 5 min, over medium heat, until the vegetables are cooked (if you prefer that they are less al dente, cook another 2 min).


It is ready to serve.
