Note that in this recipe it is necessary to pre-soak the algae for 10 min.


In a high saucepan sauté the sliced onion with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the crushed garlic and 1 bay leaf when the onion is translucent.


Cut the peppers into strips, peel the 4 white potatoes and the 2 sweet potatoes and cut them in slices and cut the tomatoes in slices and set aside.


Now in alternate layers, pour the pepper, the small white potatoes, the sweet potatoes, the seaweed with the soaking water, the sweet pepper and the juicy tomatoes.
