Preparation Instructions

Detox Easy Plan 1st and 3rd Days - lunch and dinner. Make 1 serving for each meal. You may repeat the dose if necessary.


Roughly cut the 3 pears, 12 carrots, 3 courgette, 3 garlic cloves and 3 onions and place them in the pan covered with water.


Cook for about 30 minutes or until you are sure the vegetables are already tender


Put the olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Grind to a smooth, creamy puree.


It is ready to serve with a topping of sesame seeds, toasted if you prefer.
