Preparation Instructions


Cook salmon in boiling salted water for 8 min and set aside.


Heat another pan with 250ml of water, add wine, risotto rice and season with salt and pepper. Wait until it boils.


Add the salmon and stir constantly for 12 min.


Add the grated cheese while there is still some water in the pan and stir another 2 min.


Turn off as soon as you get risotto consistency and serve immediately.
