Preparation Instructions

For Tuna:


Cook fresh tuna in a pan filled with water for 15 min.


Put the boiled tuna, flour, 6 tablespoons olive oil, soy sauce, 1 clove minced garlic, coriander, pepper and salt to taste and beat in a blender (another option is to crush everything with a fork and wrap).


After the dough has a good consistency, mold into 12 small balls with your hands.


Place on a tray and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 min.

For the Puree:


Peel the yams and beets and cut into large pieces.


Cook them in a pan of water for 40 min until cooked (beets take a long time to cook).


Put them in a blender and add 3 tablespoons olive oil, a clove minced garlic, a teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste until you get the consistency of puree


Bring to the heat for 3 min and serve.
