Preparation Instructions


Cook in a pan 1 cup of couscous with 1 and a half cup of water, 4 tablespoons olive oil and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil and in 2 minutes it is ready. When you have absorbed all the water, set aside.


On a plate, crush the chickpeas with a fork to make a paste and place in a large bowl.


Chop the cucumber into thin slices and then into squares. Chop the tomatoes into small squares and place in the large bowl with the chopped couscous, coriander and dill.


Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon and lime juice.


Mix everything and refrigerate 20 min before serving.
