Preparation Instructions


Preheat the oven to 180ºC.


Beat the eggs and set aside. Crush the bananas and set aside.


In a bowl mix flour, flaxseed and xylitol. Add the bananas, the cheese and the eggs and beat everything.


Cut the almonds roughly, add to the previous mixture together with the yeast and mix well until a homogeneous mixture.


Pour the batter into a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake about 40 min.


Remove from oven and add the rolled almonds as topping.

Note: this recipe can make 12 slices. One single serving equals 1 slice.
