Banana Granola with Saffron
with bio yogurt, oat and rice flakes, seeds and nuts
Granola is very versatile and can be consumed in its pure form, with yogurt, fruit or as an ingredient in desserts. This recipe has no added sugar, and is a rich blend of B vitamins, fiber, good quality fat and minerals.

Preheat oven to 150ºC
Roughly chop the dried fruits (almond, walnut, hazelnut and cashew).
Peel the bananas and crush them well.
mix all ingredients, put on a tray and bake for 15-20 min. Every 5 min wrap the mixture.
Serve in a bowl of plain yogurt.
Note: This recipe makes 10 bowls of granola. One single serving equals 1 bowl of granola + 1 yogurt.
