This is, without a doubt, one of the most delicious recipes I have ever tasted! It also serves as a dessert - if we make it in large size, it will certainly make a sparkle at any party! However, here it was reduced in size, to become a snack. A snack that will make us count the time until it's time!

Preparation Instructions

To Base:

Start by toasting the hazelnuts.

Then, crush the hazelnuts, cocoa and 20 dates in a food processor until they form a kind of purée or crumble.

Remove and knead with your hands until it forms a ball.

Place in the refrigerator for 15 min.

For the filling:

Remove all the pulp from the avocado and mix with the 10 mint leaves, the squeezed juice and the lime zest and the honey, in a food processor, until you get a soft cream.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and flatten it, using your hands or a kitchen roll.

Cut pieces of dough using a round shape or a cup of coffee.

Place the cream on top and refrigerate for a few minutes before serving.
