Preparation Instructions

To make an individual dose use 1/4 of the quantities of the ingredients.

01

Peel the pears and remove the lumps. You can use a gin or a hole to remove the stone without breaking the pear, or cut into halves and remove the stone.

02

Then put them in a pan, with a little water covering the bottom (add "natural sugar" inside hole - optional).

03

Let them bake for 10-15 min and remove when you think they are already to your liking. To confirm if they are cooked stick a toothpick

04

Place pear, apple, protein and yogurt in a blender until smooth.

05

To top it off, like topping put raspberries, nuts and hemp seeds to your liking.

Note: This recipe makes 4 bowls of mousse. An individual dose is equivalent to a mouse.
