With a baked apple you can make a mousse into something absolutely delicious that you will want to repeat and repeat over and over. As well as being eaten in its simplest form, it can still be used as a topping on porridge or pancakes.

Preparation Instructions

To make an individual dose use 1/4 of the quantities of the ingredients.


Peel the apples and remove the lumps. You can use a gin or a hole to remove the stone without crushing the apple or halving and removing the stone.


Then put them in a pan with some water covering the bottom (add sugar inside hole - optional).


Let them bake for 10-15 min and remove when you think they are already to your liking. To confirm that they are cooked, stick a toothpick.
