After a morning of muscle training, I always like to transform my morning snack (post-workout) into a protein boost to feed my muscles in the most correct way. This smoothie takes one of my favorite proteins, hemp protein, with about 50% protein, very rich in Omega 3, 6 and 9, Vitamin E, Phosphorus and Magnesium.

Preparation Instructions

To make the individual dose use 1/4 of the amounts of the ingredients.


Wash the spinach well. You can also pre-freeze the bananas if you prefer.


Add all the ingredients in the blender, except the raspberries and hemp seeds, and crush everything very well.


When ready, serve in a tall glass and add raspberries and hemp seeds (optional) as a topping.
