Preparation Instructions


Wash and arrange the asparagus. Remove the hard parts and cut into small pieces. Reserve the heads of asparagus for the decoration of the dish.


Cut the ham into cubes. Reserve.


Pique a salsa. Reserve.


In a pan, place a spoonful of olive oil and add the asparagus. Let it cook for 3 min. Add hot water and sugar and cook for 5 min. Reserve the asparagus heads again.


Drain the asparagus and reserve the cooking water. Add the milk and bring to a boil. Add the MAGGI mashed potato.


Add asparagus and parsley. Mix everything very well.


Form 4 balls and then mold them in the shape of tortillas.


In a frying pan greased with oil, place one tortilla at a time and cook for 2 min on each side, over medium heat.


Garnish and serve with ham and asparagus heads. Sprinkle with nutmeg to taste (optional).

Note: this recipe makes 4 mini tortillas. An individual dose is equivalent to 1 mini tortilla.
