Preparation Instructions


Prepare the marinade in a pan, mixing well, the MAGGI chicken broth, the tomato, the squeezed lemon juice, the olive oil, a pinch of paprika (optional) and the pepper. Reserve.


Cut the pumpkin and red peppers into cubes. Reserve.


Remove the hard parts of the asparagus base. Reserve.


In a container, add the chicken breast, the vegetables and the marinade previously prepared. Mix everything very well in order to be well involved.


Distribute the chicken breasts and vegetables over 4 sheets of aluminum or vegetable paper, close them and seal the edges very well.


Preheat the oven to 200ºC and cook for approximately 25 min.


Serve it hot.
