This recipe is made very quickly, we only need a blender or a processor. It can also be made into a cake shape and served in slices.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Add 200g of the melted chocolate and beat some more.
Then add the flour and yeast and beat again until small bubbles.
Pour the batter into paper cups (only half full) and dip 1 square of the 100g of chocolate left in the center of each.
Bake for about 15 to 20 min. If you make it in large format leave 25 to 30 min (keep watch as it depends on the power of the oven).
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and it is already.
Note: the recipe gives 16 muffins.
All ingredients in the recipe are gluten free. Suitable for celiac.
