This is an example of a light and low carbohydrate recipe, ideal for getting back to the base of our balance. I always do it in an extra dose because it looks great from one day to the next, and thus saves time at another meal.

Preparation Instructions


Start by browning the onion in a little coconut oil and then cook the chicken.


Season with rosemary and pepper. Cook for 10 min, stirring occasionally until the chicken is golden brown.


Remove the chicken and onion from the pan and in the pan (without washing) pour the cabbage cut into julienne.


Pour a pinch of curry and sauté until tender.


Serve the cabbage at the base, the chicken with onion on top, then the pumpkin and chia seeds to taste to complement.
