Preparation Instructions


mix all ingredients: buckwheat flour, almond flour, seeds - optional (or another of your choice or oat flakes), eggs, ground flaxseed, olive oil, vinegar, yeast (or bicarbonate) sodium), salt and grated mozzarella - optional (or other cheese of your choice).


Let stand for about 10-15 min. The dough should be moldable, after that time, if it is too moist, add more buckwheat flour.


Sprinkle the countertop with flour and form a ball.


Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180º for about 20-30 min.


It is ready to serve.

Note: this recipe makes 8 slices of bread. An individual serving equals 1 slice.

Tip: you can also use another seed, rice or oat flour to replace any of the flours.
