Preparation Instructions


Put the potatoes in salted water and put them on the fire.


After they are cooked, put pressure on each one of them, until they crack, and sprinkle them with salt, laminated garlic and olive oil, and bake in the oven at 180º for about 15 min.


At the same time, place a tray in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and the scaled fish (with the skin facing downwards), seasoned with salt.


Cook for 15 to 25 min, remove the trays and serve with the chopped parsley branch, adding olive oil to taste.

Note: you can also make this recipe with a goldfish.
