Preparation Instructions


Soak the chia in water for a few minutes and set it aside.


Add the hydrated chia to the peanuts and oats.


Add honey and cocoa and grind very well.


Make balls, roll in cocoa powder and it's ready to serve.


Optionally you can wrap the balls in grated coconut.

Note: this recipe makes 12 truffles. An individual dose is equivalent to 2 truffles.
