Preheat a frying pan anti adhesive and place it in the least.


To make the flaxseed "egg", mix the ground flaxseed with the water and wait 5 min until it has a gelatinous mixture that resembles egg white.


Combine flour, yeast, cinnamon, protein (litter), add flaxseed "egg" and milk until you get a consistent dough - you can add more milk if you want a thinner dough.


Grease the frying pan with the olive oil and cook the pancakes until the dough runs out.


Serve with berries (and maple syrup as an option)
