Cook the chayote and courgette with the chopped garlic and a drizzle of olive oil.

Drain the cooking water very well.

Drizzle the vegetables with the remaining olive oil, season with the nutmeg and pepper.

Grind everything with a blender or a magic wand.

As a topping, you can decorate with previously chopped thyme (optional) and it is ready to serve.
