In this cupcake full of good hydrates from oats, fruit and egg which makes them very satiating. No sugar is added, the sweet taste comes only from the fruit.

Esmague a banana.
Line a ramekin with parchment paper. If you make it in small shapes, make sure that each shape takes 1 to 2 raspberries.
Add raspberries to the bottom of the ramekin and top with the mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste (optional).
Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 180ºC. He is ready to serve.
Note: this recipe makes 8 muffins. An individual dose is equivalent to 1 cupcake.
