Preparation Instructions

Use 1/4 of the amounts to make the individual dose.

To assemble the cookies:


Stuff the rice crackers with yogurt. One yogurt will be enough for the dose of 4 rice crackers.


Cut the fruit into slices: 1/2 banana and 2-3 strawberries will be enough for the dose of 4 rice crackers


Place the fruit on top of the cookies.


Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste (optional).

Note: this recipe can make 16 cookies. An individual dose is equivalent to 4 cookies.
