Preparation Instructions


Mix the crushed bananas with the oat flakes, baking powder and salt.


In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Add this mixture to the previous mixture.


Mix everything very well.


Add the sliced apple in an ovenproof dish. If you make them in small shapes, make sure that each shape takes 2 to 3 pieces of apple.


Bake at 180ºC for about 25 to 30 min.


Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

Note: this recipe makes 16 slices. An individual serving equals 1 slice.
