Preparation Instructions

In a food processor, grind the flaxseed to flour.

Add the orange zest, the egg whites, the milk, the cinnamon, the sugar and the expressed orange juice.

Hit with wire stick or magic wand.

Heat a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and add a portion of dough to make each pancake.

When it starts to bubble, turn and cook on the other side.

Repeat the process until the dough is finished. And it is ready to be served.

Note: this recipe makes 10-12 pancakes. One serving equals 2-3 pancakes.
