In this recipe you can substitute turkey for chicken.

For Cheese Sauce:

Mix the quark cheese, corn starch and 2 cups of parmesan. Reserve to use in 2 layers.

For Tomato Sauce:

Mix the tomato pulp, basil, 2 chopped garlic cloves, and salt and pepper to taste. Reserve to use in 3 layers.

To Assemble Lasagna:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the vegetables: chopped cherry tomatoes and the sliced mushrooms. Season and cook about 10 min. Reserve to use in 2 layers.

Now chop the turkey steaks and season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve to use in 1 layer.

Now on a large baking dish put: 1 layer of tomato sauce, 1 layer of pasta with 4 sheets of lasagna and 1 layer of vegetables (mushrooms and cherry tomatoes).

Then add 1 layer of cheese sauce, another layer of pasta with 4 sheets of lasagna, another layer of tomato sauce, another layer of vegetables and 1 layer with all the minced meat.

Continue to assemble the lasagna with another layer of cheese, another layer of pasta with 4 sheets of lasagna and another layer of tomato sauce.

Finish the last layer with fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into homogeneous slices, and 1 cup of grated parmesan.

Place an aluminum foil on top of the lasagna and bake for about 40 min (remove the aluminum foil at 20 min).
