For Grain Humus:
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and add the water.
Beat well until creamy and homogeneous.
Store in a tightly closed bottle and keep in the refrigerator for a week.
For the Beet Humus:
To the instructions above, add only the cooked beets and cut into pieces, and place everything in the food processor and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
