Preparation Instructions


Preheat the oven to 200ºC.


Chop the smoked salmon so that it is in small pieces.


Heat the water with the milk and a pinch of salt. When it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the MAGGI mashed potato.


Let it stand for a short time and stir well to obtain a dense texture. Add 1 c. olive soup, an egg yolk and only 100g of smoked salmon (reserve the remaining salmon). Mix everything very well.


Distribute the mashed potato between two sheets of parchment paper and, using a kitchen roll, obtain a dough about ½ cm thick. With the help of a knife, cut the dough into 8 to 10 rectangles.


Place the rectangles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 12 min, until golden. And reserve.


Now mash the avocado with the lemon juice and ½ c. olive soup. Cut the cherry tomatoes into eighths. Also cut the rest of the salmon into small pieces. Reserve.


With the help of a spoon, distribute the avocado cream, tomato and salmon over the puree canapés.


Finish with chopped chives as a topping.

Note: this recipe can make 8 canapés. An individual dose is equivalent to 2 canapés.
