Streak with Onion Sauce

with potato, tomato pulp and parsley

The ray is one of the fish that I like the most, but it is not so appreciated by most people. The sauce is delicious and gives the fish an incredible flavor, and is perfect for soaking the bread in the leftover sauce. Even the most skeptical will be surprised!
