Preparation Instructions


Start by pouring 3 cups of boiling water. Put 1 cup of rice and cook with the semi-covered pan over low heat for 40 to 50 min until the beans are cooked and tender.


Season the 2 chicken breasts with rosemary and pepper. Grill for 15 min in a very hot non-stick skillet until golden (or until crisp).


Cut the chicken into pieces, put the mixture in a bowl and mix with the raw spinach. Add the cheese and mix. Serve immediately with chia seeds, vinegar and olive oil.
