Preparation Instructions

Para o Tofu:


Dice the tofu and set aside.


Mix in the blender the expressed lemon juice, 100 ml olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, the soy sauce, the vinegar and the mustard and beat until a homogeneous sauce.


Put the tofu in a frying pan, add the prepared sauce on top and cook over medium heat for 15 min, the tofu will absorb much of the sauce.

For the Salad:


Wash the quinoa and place in a pan of water for 15 min and add two pinches of salt.


After this time, quinoa will have absorbed almost all of the water, so cover the pan and let it sit for 5 min.


Cut half of mango into small cubes and set aside.


Cut 1/4 of the red onion into very thin slices and chop the coriander.


Combine everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and 3 tbsp olive oil.


Mount your plate with tofu, quinoa salad and go with cherry tomatoes.
