Preparation Instructions


Wash the cauliflower florets and let them dry well. Chop them manually or use a chopper and set aside.


Chop the onion, garlic and coriander.


In a frying pan, add the oil and sauté the onion with the garlic and the coriander.


When they are almost ready, add the cauliflower and lemon juice and cook for about 40 seconds (enough to stay warm).


It is ready to serve.
