Horse mackerel cream with curry

Horse mackerel is my favorite fish for fish soup. No other fish goes so well with the vegetables in the soup! You will love it!

Fillet the medium horse mackerel and reserve the bones.
Season the bones with coarse salt and set aside (optionally about 30 min).
Cover the pimples with water and bring everything to a boil for 20 min. Reserve the broth.
Cover the vegetables with the horse mackerel broth.
When the vegetables are cooked, pass everything with the magic wand and add the pieces of horse mackerel.
Cook slightly and add the finely chopped coriander.
It is ready to serve.
