To make the noodles, spiral the zucchini and set aside (If you do not have a sprinkler use a potato peeler).

Sauté onion in olive oil until tender and add tomato and tomato sauce. Cook for 15 min over low heat. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir.

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 min, drain and add the sauce previously made.

Serve with olives, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds or small pieces and finally a drizzle of olive oil.
