Preparation Instructions

Note that you need to freeze the bananas the day before.


Cut the frozen bananas into slices.


Put all the ingredients in a blender or a processor and grind everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.


You can serve it right away or reserve it in the freezer.


Serve with coarsely crushed peanuts as a topping.

Note: to make the ice cream more creamy you can add 1 whipped egg white in step 2.
