Preparation Instructions


Boil the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for at least 1 minute than indicated on the package. Drain into a colander and set aside 1.5dl of pasta cooking water.


Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces, chop half the parsley and peel and laminate the 8 cloves of garlic.


Bring a pan over the olive oil and let it warm slightly. Add the dried tomatoes and chopped parsley and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the rolled garlic until golden.


Season with salt, black pepper and cayenne. Add the white wine and increase the heat to boil and evaporate the wine alcohol for about 5 minutes.


Then add the cooked pasta and the cooking water. Stir well by wrapping the pasta in the sauce until the cooking water is almost evaporated.


Add the other half of the chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese just before serving.
