Preheat oven to 180º C.
Line each muffin pan with a piece of parchment paper. Spread the dough over the 12 pans and place a banana slice on top.
Place the pan in the oven and cook for 20 minutes (test the toothpick to see if the pasta is cooked).
Remove from oven and let cool until unmolded.
