Preparation Instructions

Bring the oil to the heat with the sliced onions.

As soon as the onion starts to become translucent, add the large cauliflower washed and broken into pieces, and the 2 bay leaves.

Cover, season with salt and cook over low heat. Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove the bay leaves and add the chicken stock (in 1.5l of water).

Bring to a boil 5 min and pass through the magic wand.
