Preparation Instructions


Soak the black beans the day before for 12 hours and then put them in a pan of water. Then simmer for 45-50 min over low heat until beans are tender.


Boil the rice in boiling salted water for about 20 min.


Also bake the broccoli in the same way.


Season the chicken breast cut into strips with salt and pepper. Sauté the chicken breast in olive oil, and then add the spinach.


When the rice is cooked, drain the water and add the cooked black beans. Serve with the chicken breast.
