Preparation Instructions


In a large glass jar with a lid, add the oatmeal, Greek yogurt and chia seeds.


Mix everything well and add the milk to taste until you get the desired consistency.


Refrigerate until the next morning.


The next day, open the jar, pour into a small glass and add a hand of red fruits of your choice.


You can add cinnamon as an option.
