Preparation Instructions


Wash, peel and cut the yam, onion and leek slices, peppers in strips and diced tomatoes.


Put them in a pan, together with the garlic head, the chili seeds and the wine and let it cook for about 5 min.


Add the water and cover for cooking, for about 20 min.


Pour the fish over the cooking and season with salt and oil. Let it cook for 30 min, without stirring, but stirring the pan so as not to catch.


After cooking pour the chopped coriander on top and serve.
