Papaia Bowl

with kefir, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts and pumpkin seeds

Papaya is a good source of beta-carotene and vitamin C, both with antioxidant activity. It also contains papain, a proteolytic enzyme that helps improve digestion. The perfect combination of fiber, its water content and natural enzymes make this fruit one of my favorites to promote healthy digestion.
