An easy recipe for mackerel, a fish rich in omega-3, where we can distinguish fatty acids EPA and DHA, vitamins (I highlight those of the B complex and vitamins E and D). This recipe can be prepared with pre-cooked mackerel fillets or with homemade preserved mackerel.

Preparation Instructions

Heat the baked beans and set aside. If you choose to use dry white beans, cook the beans (previously soaked) in salted water, drain and set aside.

Prepare the vinaigrette sauce by adding olive oil, honey and balsamic vinegar.

Add the finely chopped onion to this sauce.

Pour the mackerel in a large bowl and wrap together with the vinaigrette and onion.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, chop the red pepper and add them to the bowl with the mackerel.

Also add the beans.

Wrap everything very well and garnish with parsley and thyme to taste.

Optionally you can pour a few drops of squeezed lemon juice.
