Note that in this recipe you will need 4 egg yolks and 5 egg whites.
Grind the kernels of the nuts.
Beat the 5 egg whites and wrap them very well in the dough.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the dough. Take it to the oven, previously heated to 180ºC for 12-15 min.
Remove the dough from the oven and let it cool slightly. Pass a knife or spatula between the dough and the parchment paper if you have grabbed it a little. Roll carefully with the help of parchment paper.
Note: This recipe makes 8 slices of pie. An individual serving equals 1 slice.
