Preparation Instructions

Day Detox Long Plan - lunch and dinner. Make 1 serving for each meal. You may repeat the dose if necessary.

In a saucepan place the 3 onions, leeks and 2 coarsely sliced cauliflowers.

Add water to cover and cook for about 30-40 min or until vegetables are cooked.

Add the chopped coriander and chopped parsley and mash with the magic wand until creamy.

Add the pumpkin seeds as a topping and it is ready to serve hot.
